Crafty robotics that boost the production of wooden fixtures

Designed by A2C, the Robotmop system, winner of one of the coveted Innovation Awards at Eurobois 2018, has everything it takes to win over companies wanting to optimize their productivity!

This range of 4.0 robotics solutions, versatile and upgradable for different jobs in the timber industry (including single pieces), was developed to readiness by a partnership between A2C and Imax Pro. The robots used can perform a wide range of operations thanks to a host of interchangeable tools that makes them real multitaskers.

The robots’ programming system has been revamped to make it usable by everyone. It is done based on a 3D model of the planned construction, which can be drawn using practically any computer program. All that’s needed is to export the drawing in BTL format, and the iMax Pro application takes care of the programming with no outside help.

The robots themselves can assemble all types of timber-frame wall automatically.

The strength and originality of the Robotmop system lies in its big choice of upgrade options. Owners can start with an available range that suits their budget and investment projects, then upgrade their line later simply by adding modules to their original purchase.
