CSR accessible to all!

If the need for a CSR approach for furniture companies is accepted, its deployment remains complex for many of them.

To assist them, the French Furniture Industry is implementing a CSR deployment acceleration program with the support of CODIFAB.

After a conclusive pilot with 5 companies, the French Furnishing Industry is launching this large-scale training program for 80 companies. The first class has just been launched in November.

Designed for small and medium-sized companies as well as for large groups, its objective is to support companies in the medium and long term thanks to a pragmatic methodology adapted to the size of the companies. It is aimed at all furniture groups, fitters, furniture, office furniture, kitchen designers, etc. We realize today that to implement a CSR approach and to move from idea to action, all companies need to be supported, large companies as well as smaller ones where most of the time, it is the involvement of the manager that serves as a lever. With this program, carried out with the support of CODIFAB, Ameublement Français is making CSR accessible to as many people as possible," says Philippe Denavit, President of the Malvaux Group and President of the Contract and Fixtures Group of Ameublement Français.

This program, which is deployed throughout the country, is spread over 5 months. It offers an approach that combines classroom training, distance learning and in-company support. Companies are accompanied and trained by CSR professionals from RSM, who provide tools and methodology, but also encourage the sharing and exchange of best practices among participants.
